Tubular film blowing extruders by Mega Power Hong Kong Group Limited are made in Beijing division of Aspen company.. This complex serves to produce thin cellophane film from LDPE and HDPE, that is used for pack-ing of food products, industrial products, agricultural vegetation (shoots) etc .
 
Features:
Film blowing is provided by pressing screw, tube made of high quality super strength alloy steel, precise and nitrogene processing. There is system of multiple control and temperature control sys-tem. Auxiliary devices, platform, columns, working ground and safe and convenient, the film is reeled on the drum by numerous rollers.
:The line consists of the units as follows:
- blowing extruder -1 pc
- rotating head with 1-4 heating zones and feeding screw made of nitrided steel 1 pc
-Elevating batching material feeding mechanism - 1 pc
- - Ready film winding device with cutting blades
- Electric control board unit
Air compressor is not included in the set but it is necessary to perform operation.

In rotating head of the extrusion line 38CrMoA1 steel is used, details are azotized and treated with precise tools. High wear and rust resistance. Periferial equipment can be adjusted as required by various productions requirements. The limit of adjustment for the materials is 70 mm. The ma-chine is completed with the unit for production of T-shape bags.«».
The engine of roll winding device secures direct force. Convenient roll replacement. It is used for blowing tubular film from LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE. The film is used for packing food products, fruits, cloth, textile, production of T-shaped bag.

General purpose PP tubular film blowing machine This machine applies PP lower blowing method
 
1. . It allows good transparence, no lugs, folds etc. 2.
2. For screw drum rods 38 CROMOALA.alloy is used. The details have been nitrogenized and sub-jected to precise treatment, this resulted in their optimal hardness and rust resistance.
3. A layer of solid chrome has been applied to the matrix head. By its structure it is hollow screw shaft. It provides stable quality of popular products. Hidden type air cooling device, stable quantity of the blown out air, it is possible to perform automatic adjustment of temperature and automatic heating.
4. In bundle extraction device the electric engine with holding torque is used. It allows to maintain re-quired stretching force. The bundles are exracted completely and they are convenient to replace.
