Technology

 

 

-Charcoal or coal is crushed to the required fraction, the dust is removed.
-The coal is placed to the pallets.
-Depending on product quality requirements the resultant granules can be sent to nitriding bath. The nit riding is recommended for high quality active carbon used in food industry and pharmacology.
-The conveyors send the pallets to the activation kilns, and the lifting device feeds them to the activation kilns.
-In the kiln the granules are activated with the steam, fed from the boiler via pipes using 6 quickly changeable temperature modes.
-When the set time expires, the lifting device takes the pallet with active carbon.
-Active carbon cools down and is conveyed to the packing section.
-In the packing room the active carbon is packed into sealable bags with weight of 0.5-10 kg.
-The loader brings the active carbon to the warehouse of the finished products.
Note 1. Fuel for heating blocks.
There are 7 machines that use heat and supplementary fuel– 5 activation kilns, vapor -5.5 tons/hour, starting and activity of activation kilns. Gas is the best possible fuel from economic and technological point of view. And the coal-fields coal gasification is the best possible gas source. That’s why gas generator and gas storage facilities are included into the set.

Activation kiln: Activation cycle is 4 hours
King discharge -30 minutes
Kiln loading 20-60 –4-2.5 tons finished product for 24 hours

Note 3
There may be different quality requirements, depending on application, those used for water treatment differs from those for medical purposes various technologies of active carbon production are developed. Production technologies may differ in temperature and time activation modes and in supplementary materials put into mixer.

Function

-The granule is conveyed to the activation kilns.
- near activation kiln the granule is placed to special –pallets and fed to activation kiln by special lifting device.
- The lift takes pallets with active carbon.
-the carbon is cooled down on packing tables –is conveyed to fine screen for purification and separation into fractions
