Applications
The required size in the expandable mechanism is set using steering control (6) then the tire is put on and fixed on the machine using steering control. The beam (3) with cutting element (4) fixed on it is moved to the tire and fixed using screw (7). The electric engine switches on. (5). After 20 turns the cutting is finished and the tire bead seatis removed. Expandable mechanism is loosened using steering control. The cut tire without tire bead seat is taken away and sent to the further recycling.
Notes: In case of two shift operation the grinding of the cutting instruments is done once a two week. Once a half year the grinding instrument must be completely replaced
 
PRECAUTIONS MEASURES

Tire separator
 

The machine serves for mechanical separation of tires. ( mainly with textile cord) the tire is cut into three bands (protector and two side frames) This machine separates the bands into cord and rubber ones. Henceforward these bands are recycled separately, thus allowing; To reduce energy consumption during recycling on the main abrasive machine. The smaller raw materials are better for recycling. .
To improve the quality of the final product. If the purest product is required, it is possible not to use the bands with large textile cord contents.
The machine doesn’t require any fundament. The time of recycling of one tyre (three bands) is up to 10 minutes
Applications
A cut of a depth of 4-5 cm is made lengthwise at the band’s end face. The edge of the cut (corded layer is recommended) is fixed by the lock on the chain mechanism. The band is reeled on the fixing drum, then the machine turns on. As the drum rotates in opposite directions, the mechanical tearing into two different layers occurs. As a result, cordless layer reels on the fixing drum, where corded rubber is reeled on the driven drum.

The machine is used for separation of treads of textile cord tires to make them thinner. For instance- BELAZ tires and aviation tires, where the rubber thickness is 15 -17 cm. Cutting instruments are ground once a month, the machine doesn’t require any fundament. It cannot be used for metal cord containing rubber. A cut of a depth of 1-1.5 cm is made on rubber band. Application
" Endless” band is put into the machine’s reception part, the machine turns on. Band cutting and billet throwing occur automatically, that’s why permanent presence of the personnel is not required. All the stuff must do is feed now band by hand and collect billets. After putting the band the machine draws it inside itself. Time of cutting of one wheel’s band is 4-5 minutes

Application method
The tire without removed tire bead seat is inserted between disk blades by the ringless side. The machine switches on. During the operation the tire should be suspended or there should be a pedestal.
