The line includes:

1.Preparative process
Belt conveyor to feed materials -1 unit.
Sheller – 1 unit.
Probe – 2 units. (used for orientation)
Belt conveyor to unload raw materials – 2 units.
Wet shaving hopper – 1 unit.
Shaving refiner– 1 unit.

2.Drying and sifting stage
Belt conveyor– 1 unit.
Drum drier – 2 units.
Dry shaving system – 2 units.
Air separator – 1 unit.
Belt conveyor – 1 unit.
Square swaying sieve – 1 unit.
Belt conveyor - 2 units
Shaving hopper for outer and inner layers (one for each layer.) – 2 units.

3.Sizing stage
Batching device for inner and outer layers (1 unit for each layer)- totally 2 .
Dough mill for outer and inner layers (one unit for each layer) -2 units.
Belt conveyor for outer layer – 1 unit.
Belt conveyor for inner layer – 1 unit.

4.Gluing preparation
Glue preparation and glue mixing equipment - 1 unit.

5.Hot press formation
Oriented shaving formation machine – 1 unit.
Trasversal saw for raw materials – 1 unit.
Prepressing machine – 1 unit.
Conveyor – 1 unit.
Board loader – 1 unit.
Press – 1 unit.
Board unloader - 1 unit.
Hydromixture pressure system – 1 unit.

6.Obtaining of finished product
Roll conveyor – 1 unit.
Longitudinal sawing machine – 1 unit.
Transversal sawing machine – 1 unit.
Roll conveyor – 1 unit .
Grinder – 1 unit.
Lifting device – 1 unit.

7.Electronic controller
PLC control system - 1 unit.
Time of manufacturing - 6 months
The assembly doesn't include boiler, glue preparation system, holders 
Total energy : 1800 kW
Number of workers : 110 persons (3 shifts)
Production area - 2500 m2
Design productivity/shift - about 33 m3 day.
3 shifts/day - about 100 m3.
Working day is about 22.5 hrs /300 days/year
Board size is 1220*2440 мм (thickness can be adjusted from 9 to 30 mm)
